The BHA seeks proposals from qualified Architects and Engineering firms to provide design services for the building envelope improvements at Charlestown Development. Proposer selection is based on evaluation criteria and a negotiated fee. More information is in the RFP available from the BHA, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th fl., Boston, MA 02111 on
5-7-08 at no charge. There is a $5.00 fee if mailed payable to the BHA (NO CASH). The proposal deadline is 5-28-08 by 4:00 PM. A site visit is schedule for 5-14-08 at 10:00 AM at Charlestown Development Management Office located at 55 Bunker Hill Street, Charlestown, MA.
