The BHA seeks proposals from qualified Architects and Engineering firms to provide design services for the masonry and caulking repairs at Alice Taylor Development. Proposer selection is based on evaluation criteria and a negotiated fee. More information is in the RFP available from the BHA, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th fl., Boston, MA 02111 on
4-30-08 at no charge. There is a $5.00 fee if mailed payable to the BHA (NO CASH). The proposal deadline is 5-21-08 by 4:00 PM. A site visit is schedule for 5-12-08 at 2:00 PM at 260 Ruggles Street, Boston, MA 20119. The BHA reserves the right to reject any proposals and waive any informalities in the public interest.
