BHA Job # 07D-WB-006 HOPE VI Program Management Services

The Boston Housing Authority (“BHA”) seeks proposals from qualified not-for-profit or for-profit firms to provide HOPE VI Program Management services in connection with the BHA’s HOPE VI Revitalization of the Washington Beech public housing development. The contract is estimated at $229,500 and will have a four-year term with one 1-year extension option. Award of the contract is subject to approval by HUD. Complete details, qualification and submission requirements can be found in the RFP. Proposals may be obtained for a non-refundable fee of $10.00 payable by check or money order to the BHA on or after 4/7/2008 from the BHA, Contract Office, 6th floor, 52 Chauncy Street, Boston, MA 02111 between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. The RFP package will be mailed to prospective respondents upon request for an additional $5.00 fee. Proposals will be received at the above address until 2:00 P.M. 5/2/2008. There will be a bidder’s conference on 4/18/2008 in the 11th Fl. Conference Room at 52 Chauncy Street, Boston at 11:00 AM.
