The Bromley Heath Tenant Management Corporation (BHTMC) invites sealed bids for STRATEGIC PLANNING SERVICES – BHTMC - Job #07-01SPS. The work consists of providing strategic planning services to the BHTMC an 800 + UNIT, HUD funded, non-profit, community-based housing development located in the Jamaica Plain section of the city of Boston. The work is estimated at $60,000. Proposals will be received at the BHTMC's Administrative office, 30 Bickford Street, Jamaica Plain, MA. Proposals not received by the following times will be rejected: 02/13/08 at 12:30 PM. All bids are subject to MGL c. 30B. For complete data, see the Contract Documents which will be available at the BHTMC on 01/14/08 and can be obtained upon deposit of a refundable $50.00 (checks only) or mailed upon receipt of an additional non refundable $15.00 (checks only) made out to the BHTMC. This deposit will be refunded for the first set for each bidder upon return of the set in good condition within thirty (30) calendar days after the opening of general bids, otherwise, the deposit shall become the property of the Bromley Heath TMC. Additional sets may be purchased at a cost of $50.00 (non refundable.) Bid documents are available at the BHTMC Administrative office. Contact person - Howard H.
