REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT FINANCIAL CONSULTING SERVICES
BHA JOB NO.: #07P-056.
The Boston Housing Authority invites interested consultants to submit proposals for the provision of financial and development consulting assistance to the BHA for redevelopment projects on an as-needed basis. The work is estimated at $54,000 for its 2-year term. The successful consultant must demonstrate the ability and experience to provide real estate financial and development consulting assistance to the BHA for complex mixed-finance rental and homeownership initiatives. Proposals may be obtained for a nonrefundable fee of $10.00 payable by check or money order to the BHA on or after 10/29/2007 from the BHA, Contract Office, 6th floor, 52 Chauncy Street, Boston, MA 02111 between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. The RFP package will be mailed to prospective respondents upon request for an additional $5.00 fee. Proposals will be received at the above address until 2:00 P.M. 11/30/2007. There will be no bidder’s conference. Questions or requests for modifications regarding this RFP will be accepted in writing only until 2:00 p.m. on 11/14/2007 and should be submitted to Deborah Morse, Director of Real Estate Development, Boston Housing Authority.
