RFP # 07P-038 - PREMISES LIABILITY INSURANCE
The Boston Housing Authority invites all interested parties to submit proposals to provide premises liability insurance for properties owned by the Authority and managed by private management companies for a period of one year commencing on July 25, 2007. Specifications outlining the desired coverage and additional requirements may be obtained free of charge on or after July 11, 2007 from the Contract Unit Office, BHA, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th Floor, Boston, MA 02111, (617) 988-4041. Proposals must be received at the above address prior to the 4:00 PM – July 23, 2007 deadline. Any proposal received after the deadline will be rejected. The BHA reserves the right to reject proposals received and/or waive any minor informalities if it be in the public interest to do so.
