REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – Workers’ Compensation Insurance

The Boston Housing Authority ("BHA") invites proposals from qualified Bidders for providing workers’ compensation insurance. Specifications outlining the desired coverage and additional requirements may be obtained free of charge on or after 5/18/2007 from the Contract Unit Office, BHA, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th Fl., Boston, MA 02111, (617) 988-4041. On 6/8/2007 markets will be assigned for this procurement. No Broker or Agent is authorized to approach any markets in connection with this solicitation without written permission from the BHA. Violation of this provision may result in disqualification. Proposals must be received at the above address prior to the 4:00 PM – 7/2/2007 deadline. Any proposal received after the deadline will be rejected. The BHA reserves the right to reject proposals received and/or waive any minor informalities if it be in the public interest to do so.
