BHA Job No. 06-001A
The BHA seeks proposals from designers to provide engineering services required for the title RFP. Proposer selection is based on evaluation criteria and a negotiated fee. Construction is estimated at approximately $1,250,000.00. More information is in the RFP available from the BHA, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th fl., Boston, MA 02111 on 5-31-06 at no charge. There is a $5.00 fee if mailed payable to the BHA (NO CASH). The proposal deadline is 6-15-06 by 4:00 PM. A site visit is schedule for 6-8-06 at 10:00 AM at the management office at 10 Kemp Street, Mary Ellen McCormack Development.
