Improvements to Emergency Power Systems & Generators at Various Developments

The BHA seeks proposals from designers to provide full architectural and engineering services required for emergency generators and power systems upgrade at various developments. Proposer selection is based on evaluation criteria and a negotiated fee. Construction is estimated at approximately $670,000. More information is in the RFP available from the BHA, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th fl., Boston, MA 02111 on 5-17-06 at no charge. There is a $5.00 fee if mailed payable to the BHA (NO CASH). The proposal deadline is 6-8-06 by 4:00 p.m.. A site visit is schedule for May 25, 2006 at 8:00 A.M. at 125 Amory Street – CCD Office, Jamaica Plain, MA.
