The BHA seeks proposals from designers to provide full architectural and engineering services required for the title RFP. Proposer selection is based on evaluation criteria and a negotiated fee. Construction is estimated at approximately $1,000,000. More information is in the RFP available from the BHA, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th fl., Boston, MA 02111 on
3-15-2006 at no charge. There is a $5.00 fee if mailed payable to the BHA (NO CASH). The proposal deadline is 4-5-06 by 4:00 PM. A site visit is schedule for 3-21-06 at 10:00 AM at the Site Management office located at 10 Kemp Street in South Boston, MA.
