Building System Improvements at BHA’s Central Office

The BHA seeks proposals from designers to provide full architectural and engineering services required for the title RFP. Proposer selection is based on evaluation criteria and a negotiated fee. Construction is estimated at approximately $400,000. More information is in the RFP available from the BHA, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th fl., Boston, MA 02111 on 3-15-2006 at no charge. There is a $5.00 fee if mailed payable to the BHA (NO CASH). The proposal deadline is 4-7-2006 by 4:00 PM. A site visit is schedule for 3-24-2006 at 10:00 AM on the 2nd floor at the above address.
