The Boston Housing Authority is seeking Proposals from attorneys and law firms for legal services to represent the BHA in its tort claims litigation and for related assistance. The BHA seeks to retain the services of one to four law firms with a breadth of experience in the defense of all types of tort claims and with sufficient staffing and expertise to respond promptly and comprehensively to complaints filed. Specifications may be obtained from the Boston Housing Authority, Procurement Department, Attn: Daniel Casals, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th floor, Boston, Massachusetts, 02111, (617) 988-4038. There is no charge for the documents which will be mailed on request or which may be picked up. Proposals must be received at the offices of the Boston Housing Authority, Procurement Department, Attn: Daniel Casals, 52 Chauncy Street, Boston, Massachusetts, 02111 no later than 4:00 PM on Thursday, January 26, 2006.
Proposals will be subject to approval and award by the Boston Housing Authority. Proposals will be irrevocable for a period of 30 (Thirty) days from the date of receipt. The Boston Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities.
