The Boston Housing Authority ("BHA") invites proposals from Bidders for providing the subject insurance for its privately managed properties. Specifications outlining the desired coverage and additional requirements may be obtained free of charge on or after Monday July 12, 2004 from the Contract Unit Office, BHA, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th Floor, Boston, MA 02111, (617) 988-4041. On July 16, 2004 markets will be assigned for this procurement. No Broker or Agent is authorized to approach any markets in connection with this solicitation without written permission from the Boston Housing Authority. Violation of this provision may result in disqualification. Proposals must be received at the above address prior to the 4:00 PM – July 22, 2004 deadline. Any proposal received after the deadline will be rejected. The BHA reserves the right to reject proposals received and/or waive any minor informalities if it be in the public interest to do so.
