The Boston Housing Authority ("BHA") invites proposals from Bidders for providing and coordinating resident services to residents of the following developments: Torre Unidad, Foley, West Ninth Street, and Monsignor Powers Apartments Additional requirements can be found in the proposal package. Proposal and bid forms may be obtained upon receipt of a $10 fee payable by check or m.o. only on or after Monday July 12, 2004 from the Contract Unit Office, BHA, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th Floor, Boston, MA 02111, (617) 988-4041. The RFP may be mailed upon request for an additional $5 fee. Proposals must be received at the above address prior to the 4:00 PM – August 2, 2004 deadline. Any proposal received after the deadline will be rejected. A Pre-Proposal Conference shall be held on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 at 10:00 AM at the BHA’s Elderly & Disabled Housing Program, 125 Amory Street, Boston, Massachusetts, in the Elderly & Disabled Housing Program’s conference room. The BHA reserves the right to reject proposals received and/or waive any minor informalities if it be in the public interest to do so.
