The BHA seeks proposals from designers to provide engineering services for design and construction administration for replacing walkways, install strategic security fencing and site lighting at the Franklin Field Housing Development. Proposer selection is based on evaluation criteria. More information is in the RFP available from the BHA, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th fl., Boston, MA 02111 on 4-7-04 at no charge. There is a $5.00 fee if mailed payable to the BHA (NO CASH). The proposal deadline is 4-21-04 by 4:00 p.m. There is a pre-proposal session on 4-14-04, 2:30 PM at community building, 100 Ames Street, Dorchester, MA.
