The BHA seeks proposals from designers to provide full architectural and engineering services required for roof replacement at Whittier Street Development. Proposer selection is based on evaluation criteria and a negotiated fee. More information is in the RFP available from the BHA, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th fl., Boston, MA 02111(617-988-4007) on 12-19-01 at no charge. There is a $5.00 fee if mailed payable to the BHA (NO CASH). The proposal deadline is 1-4-02 by 2:00 p.m. There is a pre-proposal session on 12-27-01, 10:00 AM at the Management Office, 200 Ruggles Street, Roxbury, MA.
