Purchasing Department of the Boston Housing Authority invites sealed bids to furnish and deliver #2, #4 & #6 Fuel Oil for an eighteen month period. Bids will be received until Monday, October 22, 2001 at 11:00 A.M. at the Boston Housing Authority, Purchasing Department, 6th floor, 52 Chauncy Street, Boston, MA 02111 at which time and place all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. There is no charge for the specifications and bidding documents, which may be picked up at the above address or will be mailed on request. All inquiries regarding this bid shall be directed to the Purchasing Department (617) 988-4036.
Bid Deposit in the amount and form specified in the Instructions to Bidders is required with this bid. Bidders must comply with the BHA Minority Participation Program for this procurement. Bids will be subject to approval and award by the Executive Committee and Administrator of the Boston Housing Authority. Bids will be irrevocable for a period of 60 days from the date of bid opening. The Boston Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality.
