Renovations to Three Buildings at Plant Court, Heath Street Development

The BHA seeks proposals from designers to provide full architectural and engineering services required for Renovations to Three Buildings including roof, building envelope, all systems and finishes and site work at Plant Court, Heath Street Development. Proposer selection is based on evaluation criteria and a negotiated fee. More information is in the RFP available from the BHA, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th fl., Boston, MA 02111 on 10-3-01 for a $10.00 fee. There is a $5.00 fee if mailed payable to the BHA (NO CASH). The proposal deadline is 10-17-01 by 12:00 noon. There is a pre-proposal session on 10-10-01, 10:00 AM at 42 Horan Way, (maintenance office) Jamaica Plain.
