The Boston Housing Authority (BHA) seeks proposals for property management services for one family development consisting of twenty-six (26) units. The contract term shall be for a five (5) year term with a one (1) three year extension followed by a one (1) two year extension at the sole discretion of the BHA. A MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE WILL BE held on 9/5/01 at 11:00 am at 52 Chauncy Street, 8th Floor Conference Room, Boston, MA. Proposers must call 617-988-4388 to confirm attendance. More information is in the RFP from the BHA, Contract Unit, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th fl., Boston, MA 02111 available from 8-20-01 for a non-refundable $10.00 payable to the BHA (no cash) or mailed for an additional $5.00. The proposal deadline is 10-3-01 by 4:00 p.m. to Dan Casals, at the address above. The BHA reserves the right to reject any proposals and waive any informalities in the public interest.
