The BHA seeks proposals from designers to provide full architectural and engineering services required for entryway renovations at Alice Taylor Development. Proposer selection is based on evaluation criteria and a negotiated fee. More information is in the RFP available from the BHA, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th fl., Boston, MA 02111 on 7-25-01 at no charge. There is a $5.00 fee if mailed payable to the BHA (NO CASH). The proposal deadline is 8-17-01 by 1:00 p.m. There is a pre-proposal session on 8-3-01, 1:00 PM at 260M Ruggles Street, Roxbury, MA.
