The BHA seeks proposals from designers to provide design services for Plaza Renovations At Plaza Betances. The design fee estimate is $16,000.00. Proposer selection is based on evaluation criteria and a negotiated fee. More information is in the RFP available from the BHA, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th fl., Boston, MA 02111 on 7-18-01 at no charge. There is a $5.00 fee if mailed payable to the BHA (NO CASH). The proposal deadline is 8-1-01 by 4:00 p.m. There will be a site viewing on 7-25-01, 10:00 AM at 80 W. Dedham Street, Boston, MA.
