The BHA seeks proposals from designers to provide full architectural and engineering services required for replacement of all sanitary and storm drain lines and related connections of the existing structures at the Lenox Street Housing Development. Proposer selection is based on evaluation criteria and a negotiated fee. More information is in the RFP available from the BHA, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th fl., Boston, MA 02111 on 7-11-01 at no charge. There is a $5.00 fee if mailed payable to the BHA (NO CASH). The proposal deadline is 7-27-01 by 1:00 p.m. There is a pre-proposal session on 7-17-01, 10:00 AM at the Lenox Street Development Site, Roxbury, MA.
