The BHA seeks proposals from designers to provide full architectural and engineering services required for establishing lead paint compliance in the units not presently compliant; small amount of asbestos abatement at the Old Colony Housing Development. Proposer selection is based on evaluation criteria and a negotiated fee. More information is in the RFP available from the BHA, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th fl., Boston, MA 02111 on 6/20/01 at no charge. There is a $5.00 fee if mailed payable to the BHA (NO CASH). The proposal deadline is 7/18/01 by 4:00 p.m. There is a pre-proposal session on 7/10/01, 1:00 PM at Old Colony Management Office, 265 East 9th Street, South Boston, MA.
