The BHA seeks proposals from designers to provide full architectural and engineering services required for basement crawl space abatement and improvements at various federal housing sites. Proposer selection is based on evaluation criteria and a negotiated fee. More information is in the RFP available from the BHA, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th fl., Boston, MA 02111 on 6/20/01 at no charge. There is a $5.00 fee if mailed payable to the BHA (NO CASH). The proposal deadline is 7/13/01 by 1:00 p.m. There is a pre-proposal session on 7/6/01, 11:00 AM at BHA, 52 Chauncy Street, 2nd floor conference room, Boston, MA.
