The BHA seeks proposals from designers to provide full architectural and engineering services required for building envelope improvements. The design fee estimate is $30,000.00. Proposer selection is based on evaluation criteria and a negotiated fee. More information is in the RFP available from the BHA, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th fl., Boston, MA 02111 on 6-6-01 at no charge. There is a $5.00 fee if mailed payable to the BHA (NO CASH). The proposal deadline is 7-2-01 by 4:00 p.m. There is a pre-proposal session on 6-15-01, 1:00 PM at 705 River St., Mattapan, Boston.
