The Boston Housing Authority invites all interested parties to submit proposals to provide Workers Compensation Insurance coverage and services for a one year period commencing on or about August 1, 2001. Specifications outlining the desired coverage and services may be obtained from the Boston Housing Authority, Procurement Department, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th floor, Boston, Massachusetts, 02111, (617) 988-4036. There is no charge for the documents which will be mailed on request or which may be picked up. Proposals must be received at the offices of the Boston Housing Authority, Procurement Department, Attn: Daniel Casals, 52 Chauncy Street, Boston, Massachusetts, 02111-9938 no later than 4:00PM on Friday, June 29, 2001. Proposals will be subject to approval and award by the Boston Housing Authority. Proposals will be irrevocable for a period of 30 (Thirty) days from the date of receipt. The Boston Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities.
