The Boston Housing Authority (BHA) seeks proposals for property management services for sixty (60) scattered-site public housing family condo units in the BHA state funded program. The contract term shall be for a five (5) year term with a one (1) three year extension followed by a two (2) year extension at the sole discretion of the BHA. A MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE will be held on 6/6/01 at 11:00 am at 52 Chauncy Street, 8th Floor Conference Room, Boston, MA. Proposers must call 617-988-4388 to confirm attendance.
