The Boston Housing Authority (BHA) seeks proposals for collateralized banking services from a qualified U.S. banking institution having branch offices located in Massachusetts. The selected firm will provide the BHA with collateralized banking services immediately upon contract award for a two year base term with one year extension period.
Selection of the firm will be based on evaluation criteria as well as fee proposal. Selection evaluation criteria, proposal submittal requirements and further description of the scope of services sought are provided in the Request for Proposal, which will be available for pick up at the Boston Housing Authority, 6th Floor, 52 Chauncy Street, Boston, Massachusetts, 02111 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on May 7, 2001. Questions regarding the RFP are required to be submitted to the BHA in writing by or before May 21, 2001.
Firms responding to this request for proposal are required to simultaneously submit five (5) copies of their services proposal and fee proposal in sealed envelopes enclosed in one outer envelope, marked accordingly, no later than 4:00 p.m. on May 28, 2001 to the attention of Dan Casals, Director of Procurement at the Boston Housing Authority, 6th Floor, 52 Chauncy Street, Boston, Massachusetts, 02111. Proposals submitted after the date and time indicated will not be accepted, considered or returned.
The award of the contract for collateralized banking services is subject to the approval of the BHA Administrator. The BHA reserves the right to reject any proposals received and/or to waive any informalities pertaining to any aspect of the Request for Proposals and/or pertaining to any proposals received, if it be in the public interest to do so.
