The BHA seeks proposals from designers to provide full architectural and
engineering services required for upgrade of electrical, elevators, fire alarm & sprinkler, intercom & access control, heating & domestic hot water systems at Cathedral Development. Proposer selection is based on evaluation criteria and a negotiated fee. More information is in the RFP available
from the BHA, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th fl., Boston, MA 02111 on 3-14-01 at no charge. There is a $5.00 fee if mailed payable to the BHA (NO CASH).
The proposal deadline is 4-5-01 by 4:00 p.m. There is a pre-proposal session on 3-22-01, 10:30 AM at 1472 Washington Street, Boston, MA. The BHA reserves the right to reject any proposals and waive any informalities in the public
