The Boston Housing Authority ("BHA") invites proposals from bidders for BHA Job # 01P-013, Bickford Street Disposition and Redevelopment. The BHA is seeking proposals from a private incorporated non-profit organization to acquire its Bickford Street development in Jamaica Plain, for the purposes
of redevelopment as elderly housing under the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly Program. Additional requirements can be found in the proposal package.
Proposal and bid forms may be picked up on or after March 21, 2001 at the BHA, Contract Unit, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th Floor, Boston, MA 02111, between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM for a non-refundable fee of $10.00 payable by check or money order only. There is an additional $5.00 fee for mailing
packages. Proposals will be received at the above address until 4:00 PM, April 20, 2001. Proposals must be received before this time to be considered. Questions regarding this RFP should be directed to Sarah
