The BHA seeks proposals from designers to provide architectural and engineering services for design and construction administration for new roofs and dormer repairs on bldgs #84 - #96, window replacement on bldgs #54
- #96, masonry repairs and painting of entrances of bldgs #54 - #102 and basement waterproofing of bldgs #80 - #88. Proposer selection is based on
evaluation criteria and a negotiated fee. More information is in the RFP available from the BHA, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th fl., Boston, MA 02111 on 2-14-01 at no charge. There is a $5.00 fee if mailed payable to the BHA (NO
CASH). The proposal deadline is 3-9-01 by 2:00 p.m. There is a pre-proposal session on 2-21-01, 10:00 AM at the management office at 94 West Newton Street, Boston, MA. The BHA reserves the right to reject any proposals and
