The BHA seeks proposals from designers to provide full architectural and engineering services required for Stair Repair & Replacement at Bromley, Heath, Mary Ellen McCormack and Old Colony Housing Developments. The design fee estimate is $250,000.00. Proposer selection is based on evaluation criteria and a negotiated fee. More information is in the RFP available from the BHA, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th fl., Boston, MA 02111 on 1-31-01 at no charge. There is a $5.00 fee if mailed payable to the BHA (NO CASH). The proposal deadline is 2-28-01 by 4:00 p.m. There is a pre-proposal session on 2-14-01, 10:00 AM at 10 Kemp St., South Boston.
