The BHA seeks proposals from designers to provide full architectural and engineering services required for replacing the underground steam, condensate and domestic hot water pipe lines in the Old Colony Development with pre-insulated conduit systems. The design fee estimate is $48,000.00. Proposer selection is based on evaluation criteria and a negotiated fee. More information is in the RFP available from the BHA, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th fl., Boston, MA 02111 on 1-31-01 at no charge. There is a $5.00 fee if mailed payable to the BHA (NO CASH). The proposal deadline is 2-21-01 by 4:00 p.m. There is a pre-proposal session on 2-7-01, 10:00 AM at 265 East Ninth Street, South Boston.
