The BHA seeks proposals from designers to provide full architectural
and engineering services required for removing Two USTs at Franklin
Field, Two USTs at Lenox Street and Five USTs at Old Colony and
restoring properties to original condition. The design fee estimate
is $215,000.00. Proposer selection is based on evaluation criteria
and a negotiated fee. More information is in the RFP available from
the BHA, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th fl., Boston, MA 02111 on 1-31-01 at
no charge. There is a $5.00 fee if mailed payable to the BHA (NO
CASH). The proposal deadline is 3-2-01 by 4:00 p.m. There is a pre-
proposal session on 2-12-01, 10:00 AM at 265 East Ninth Street, South
Boston. The BHA reserves the right to reject any proposals and waive
