The Boston Housing Authority is seeking the services and bids of qualified contractors for the Repair or Replacement of Leaking Sections of Underground Heating Hot Water Supply Pipe, Return Pipe, & Domestic Hot Water Supply Pipe at the Franklin Field Development in Dorchester, Boston. The project estimate is $10,000. The term of the contract is seven days from Notice to Proceed. Quotations submitted in response to this RFQ must be received by the BHA on or before 12:00 noon on 2/23/2012. A Site Visit will be held on 2/15/2012 at 1:30 PM. All interested parties should meet at the Management office located at 91 Ames St. Dorchester, MA 02124. There is no charge for the specifications and bidding documents, which may be picked up at the above address or will be emailed on request. All inquiries regarding this bid shall be directed to the Purchasing Department via email to bids@bostonhousing.org. The BHA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any minor informality.
