The BHA seeks proposals from qualified Architects and Engineering firms to provide design services for tripping hazards at various federal developments. Proposer selection is based on evaluation criteria and a negotiated fee. More information is in the RFP available from the BHA, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th fl., Boston, MA 02111 on 8/25/10 at no charge. There is a $5.00 fee if mailed payable to the BHA (NO CASH). The proposal deadline is 9/15/10 by 11:00 AM. A site visit is schedule for 9/7/10 at 9:00 AM, 125 Amory Street, Room 119, Roxbury, MA 02119. The BHA reserves the right to reject any proposals and waive any informalities in the public interest.
