The BHA seeks proposals from qualified Architects and Engineering firms to provide design services for the Various Improvements at Heritage & Lower Mills Developments. Proposer selection is based on evaluation criteria and a negotiated fee. More information is in the RFP available from the BHA, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th fl., Boston, MA 02111 on 3/3/10 at no charge. There is a $5.00 fee if mailed payable to the BHA (NO CASH). The proposal deadline is 3/18/10 by 2:00 PM. A site visit is schedule for 3/11/10 at 10:00 AM Heritage Development Management Office, 209 Sumner Street, East Boston, MA.
