The Boston Housing Authority is seeking quotes from qualified flooring companies to install carpet tiles at the BHA’s St. Botolph development. The estimate is $21,000. The term of the contract is 45 days from Notice to Proceed. Quotations submitted in response to this RFQ must be received by the BHA on or before 12:00 noon on 3/3/2010. A Site Visit will be held on February 16, 2010 at 2:00 PM. All interested parties should meet at the Inspections office at 70 Saint Botolph Street, Boston, MA 02116. There is no charge for the specifications and bidding documents, which may be downloaded at www.comm-pass.com or will be emailed on request. All inquiries regarding this bid shall be directed to the Purchasing Department 617-988-4041 or via email to bids@bostonhousing.org. The BHA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any minor informality.
